With over 25 years of business and behavioural experience ranging from strategy, finance and operations to leadership and organisational development, Gail is an experienced Sydney-based client Partner who specialises in business consulting and coaching engagements working with clients across a wide range of functional areas, businesses and industries.
Gail has a strong corporate background holding senior executive positions with, consulting to, and coaching in top-tier corporations, and medium and small/startup businesses. She has also established, owned and operated her own businesses. As a result, she understands the drivers of individual, team and organisational business performance.
Gail has worked as Principal Consultant and Head of Women in Leadership with rogenSi’s Leadership Development and Execution Practice, where she focused on leadership and talent development and diversity and inclusion consulting and coaching.
She has also worked with the Commonwealth Bank as the Head of Women in Focus ─ a national leadership and capability development coaching and networking program for women ─ inspired, created, developed and launched by Gail, and as an Executive Manager with the Commonwealth Bank’s Business Products & Development department working on strategy development and gender diversity consulting projects.
Gail has worked with Shirlaws (now AltusQ), an international business and executive coaching and facilitation company, and operated her own company providing consulting and coaching services, ranging from strategy and business consulting through to business and executive coaching, facilitation and mentoring.
Prior to working in leadership and organisational capability development, Gail worked as COO for JPMorgan’s Australian Equities Division; as an Investment Banker with Credit Suisse First Boston, Citigroup and JPMorgan; and as a Management Consultant with McKinsey.
Gail’s formal qualifications include: Master of Coaching Psychology (University of Sydney); Master of Business Administration (Columbia University); Master of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP); and Bachelor of Science (University of Sydney).
